To know your body, Playmaker offers:
Metabolic Testing, which includes a Resting Metabolic Assessment, which gives you an accurate measure of how many calories per day you should be taking in each day to gain muscle or lose fat mass for the upcoming event or season.
It also includes an Active Metabolic Assessment, which gives you your 5 training zones to maximize your performcnce for off-season conditioning and in-season sprint trainnig.
For aerobic athletes, the Continuous Assessment gives you TONS of information including your Heart Rate zones for optimum performance, along with your before, during and post-race nutrition strategies.
A myHealthScore Assessment, allow you to see 6 different metrics including, blood sugar levels, triglyceride levels, triglyceride to HDL levels, body fat percentage...and more to not only see if there are some physiological issues holding back your performance, but how we can optimize them.

Vertical Leap Training
Vertical Leap Training is for those athletes involved in Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Cheer and Gymnastics. We provide training in proper jumping techniques, proper landing techniques, strength training, and plyometrics. The key to Playmaker VL Training is in injury prevention. We analyze the athletes prior to training and throughout the program to ensure proper jump mechanics.

Metabolic Assessments help you determine exactly how hard you need to workout in order to achieve your ideal body.
The Active Metabolic Assessment (AMA) determines at which heart rates does your body burn the most fat to either lose fat or improve your aerobic performance. The test takes approximately 35-45 mins to complete, and when you finish, you receive 8 weeks of customized workouts based upon your unique fat burn zones.
The Resting Metabolic Assessment (RMA) determines exactly how many calories you need to eat to lose weight, maintain weight, or gain lean muscle mass. This test takes approximately 30 mins to complete and a nutrition consultation is included.
Combine Training and Testing
Combines are designed to give the professional or college coach a few tools to help determine if an athlete has the skills necessary to succeed in their organization. There are definite keys to doing your best on the combine test. Let us show you what they are.
