What's Level Up Challenge?
The Level Up Challenge has two goals: 1, to help you make the smartest nutritional choices possible, so your body can perform optimally so you can achieve your best body ever. And Secondly, to provide you with a workout experience like no other with the goal of taking your FitRanX Level 1 test.
What is FitRanX?
FitRanX is a comprehensive and standardized ranking system used for gauging individuals’ fitness levels. This is not a system based on how long you have been at a facility or how much your trainer thinks you have improved. This is a REAL ranking system that took years to develop and perfect.So, would'nt it be better to focus on what's really going to make weight loss and/or lower body fat percentage happen?
Just committing yourself to the workouts, you will most certainly lose weight and be amazed at our progression from the day you walked in. Follow my nutrition coaching program and there's no telling how much you can acheive!
This is 6 week tranformation of a nutrition only client.

Nutrition plays a huge role in the results you make and in most challenges it is the afterthought.
In acutallity, nutrition is the main focus of this challenge. We are going to show you HOW to eat for optimal results, not WHAT to eat like most challenges.
Imagine this: if you were playing a sport in high school or college, would the practices and coaches be around only once or twice per week, and left the other days to you to do whatever you wanted? No. The coaches are there for you nearly everyday. They are there before practice, during practice and even after practice.
That's how I practice nutrition also. Through my ProCoach Nurition Coaching by Precision Nutrition, I will be sending you valuable lessons, videos and audio to keep you engaged, accountable and in control of your own nutrition everyday.

Why do most people fail when trying to follow a nutrition plan?
1. If you are following a generic written nutrion plan, you've pretty much failed the moment it was handed to you.
There's an old saying from a Good Book, "Take a man fishing and he'll eat for a day. Show a man how to fish, and he'll eat for a lifetime".
We'll show you simply and easily how to choose the best foods for you, period.
We provide every member with a complimentary Success Session to find out their unique training goals, former experiences, and dietary habits. Also working together to set future goals and a time table for these goals.
2. Science still is not clear on exactly how many calories are in any given food in acutality!
Counting calories is a waste of time for so many reasons. One, if you hold two potatoes up side by side, notice they are not the same size. So, how could they contain the same amount of calories? Secondly, when the scientist who told you how many calories were in a potato measured theirs, was it the same size as either one of those?
Another thing, potatos today are generally grown on farms where the only thing they grow all year is potatoes. Unfortunately, this robs the soil of many nutrients, as opposed to years ago when crops were rotated, and while one crop took specific nutrients out of the soil, but also put some back in. Whena different crop was planted, it did the same thing...took some other nutrients out of the soil, but put some others back in.
Bottom line. Your potato is not a nutrient dense as it once was. Therefore the amount of nutrients depends greatly on where your potato came from and how long ago is was harvested.
We'll show you the exact method our clients and trainer's use to give yourself the proper amount of food for your body without worring about counting a calorie ever again.
3. Where's the accountability in that piece of paper? If you don't eat those specific foods, you've just jacked up the whole day's calories. Right?
So, what keeps you accountable?
We'll send you a daily text or email which will ask you one simple question pertaining to whether you've completed the previous day's assignment. We'll keep track and make sure you are doing what you need to do to achieve your goals.
