The New Playmaker SAP program is based upon 6 week strength, speed and conditioning training blocks. We are going back to our roots, because that's what the new scientific data suggests. Superior athletes posess STRENGH AND POWER and are in the best CONDITION possible.

Vertical Leap Training
Vertical Leap Training is for those athletes involved in Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Cheer and Gymnastics. We provide training in proper jumping techniques, proper landing techniques, strength training, and plyometrics. The key to Playmaker VL Training is in injury prevention. We analyze the athletes prior to training and throughout the program to ensure proper jump mechanics.

Metabolic Assessments help you determine exactly how hard you need to workout in order to achieve your ideal body.
The Exercise Test (EMR) determines at which heart rates does your body burn the most fat to either lose fat or improve you walking or running performance.
The Resting Test (RMR) determines exactly how many calories you need to eat to lose weight, maintain weight, or gain lean muscle mass.

Ultimate Football Conditioning

Most coaches and trainers think about preparing an athlete for football by lifting heavy weights and then later on or on alternate days, doing stadium stairs, and other drills "whip" their players into shape. Most coaches believe that going through this toughman type workout promotes toughness and a strength of mind.
While there may be some small element of truth to this for some athletes, these methods have very little affect on a player's conditioning level come the first week of practice. As a result, players don't really get into football shape until well into the pre-season. Don't believe me? Attend your son's first week of practice, and notice the number of kids bent over, gasping for air, some vomitting, and sadly, some needing the help of the athletic trainer.
The reason is because they were never properly conditioned for the demands of football.
