We work on speed, agility, quickness, strength, power, muscular endurance, balance, flexibility, explosiveness, plyometrics and isometric strength.
Now, do we work on all this at one time? Absolutely not!
We work in a progressive manner on the most significant deficiencies first.
I have a 48 day proven plan to follow that I've developed over my 20+ years of training. While I use this program as a guide, I'm constantly making changes to accommodate for your athlete's unique needs of that day. Then we will move on to progressively improve.
